Earlier, I strengthened customer outcomes as a Fidelity Bank customer care representative—handling account-related requests and transactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and escalating complex issues for timely resolution. Since 2020, I’ve grown my retail and online baby products business by managing daily operations, customer relations, sales, inventory, and marketing strategies, while adapting to operational challenges like inconsistent power supply.
