At Tegria, I support the Epic implementation for San Bernardino County DPH, translating public-health clinic and lab processes into Epic configuration and build. I map current-state workflows to future-state workflows and document requirements used for configuration and testing.

I coordinate interface work across scheduling, lab systems, and state immunization registries during the transition from legacy Athena and CPSI systems. I also develop test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and validate Epic modules before go-live.

For the MEDITECH Expanse implementation at Huggins Hospital, I supported workflow validation, testing, and migration of scheduling and patient data from legacy systems. I also helped with patient onboarding for the MyHealth portal and post-go-live support.

Earlier, I built and maintained responsive websites and internal tools at Software Concepts LLC, and handled customer support at Tech Mahindra. I’m currently pursuing an M.S. in Health Informatics.
