What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep building and optimizing Epic HIM applications—Identity, Deficiency Tracking, ROI, and Bridges—by configuring workqueues, security, and integrations to improve efficiency for HIM teams and partners.

I’m a healthcare application analyst focused on Epic HIM and Bridges workflows—Identity, Deficiency Tracking, and Release of Information. At Intermountain Health, I configure Payer Platform and Identity to support clinical document exchange, with go-lives now live with seven payers.

Previously at Mayo Clinic and Premise Health, I resolved complex operational backlogs—50,000+ aged orders, 1,900+ recovered releases, and workqueues surfacing 1,500+ order deficiencies—by optimizing security, templates, and workqueue design. I’ve also maintained DEP/EAF records (19,000+ tracked changes) and assessed vendor integration impacts, documenting HL7 specs and interface settings to keep shared data accurate.
