Configured identity builds for duplicate patient merging, delivered site closure and new clinic launch projects via ROI workbench outputs, and resolved operational issues across orders, privacy breaches, In Basket, and integrations.

Supported Cerner-to-Epic implementation activities across multiple primary and connected health-system sites as a HIM Cerner systems analyst (hybrid).

Contributed to a physician efficiency project aimed at reducing medical transcription costs as a clinical informatics intern (on site).
