What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can improve workflows, coordinate teams and suppliers, strengthen controls and accountability, and support reliable project, event, financial, or customer-service delivery.

I'm currently leading operations at Africast Conferences & Exhibitions in Lusaka, coordinating event and project workstreams across procurement, printing, branding, logistics, client confirmations, payments, and delivery readiness.

I've built operational workflows, checklists, approval processes, trackers, and reporting tools that improve accountability, communication, and visibility of tasks and deliverables. My work includes stock controls, vendor follow-up, production coordination, payment follow-up, team monitoring, and process documentation.

My banking background includes branch supervision, risk and AML compliance at Instapay Africorp Zambia, contact centre team leadership at Unifi Zambia, and seven years supporting financial operations at First National Bank Zambia.
