What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow brands through e-commerce strategy, marketplace optimization, livestreaming, and data-driven campaigns, while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer experience, conversion, and sales.

I'm currently building kitchenware brand growth at PT Trius Live Inovasi Indonesia, developing e-commerce strategies across marketplaces, optimizing brand stores, and using traffic, conversion, and sales data to improve performance.

Previously at PT. Dachin Etech Global, I led TikTok Official livestreamers, developed livestream product strategies, analyzed engagement and conversion, and coached hosts on communication, selling techniques, and product knowledge. My work contributed to brand GMV achievements of 1.2b and 600jt.

I've also worked as a Senior Live Streamer and Senior Customer Service Executive across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, managing customer solutions, affiliate communication, content, and live commerce. I bring market analysis, brand positioning, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to create relevant customer experiences.
