I build, secure, monitor, and optimize Azure infrastructure in SLA-driven enterprise environments, backed by more than 11 years across technical support, system administration, workforce operations, and service delivery.
At Tek-Experts Nigeria, I've managed Azure VMs, VNets, Storage Accounts, NSGs, Entra ID, RBAC, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and on-premises-to-Azure migrations.
I've also provided L1/L2 Microsoft Dynamics CRM application support, resolving access, workflow, integration, data, and security issues while supporting continuous product improvement.
