I am looking for roles that use AI and analytics to improve customer experience, involve onboarding and advisory work, and offer growth in product or operations leadership.

I am a motivated and innovative professional with over 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, and analytics, focused on technology-driven solutions and AI tools to improve outcomes. I have a background in Entrepreneurial Leadership and hands-on experience onboarding businesses, delivering customer support, and assisting instructional delivery.

In prior roles I provided 24/7 AI-powered customer service as a Country Representative, onboarded 15+ businesses to a platform to help boost sales, and handled large-scale inventory data and forecasting for Royal Eastern Industries. I also supported classroom facilitation and instructional material delivery as a Teaching Assistant.
