Throughout my experience as a Supervisor at Lamane Bakery & Café, I managed daily operations and motivated my team to enhance efficiency and productivity. My role at Kigali Convention Centre & Radisson Blu further honed my skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment, where I consistently delivered high-quality service and collaborated with team members to improve guest experiences. I am also committed to continuous learning, currently developing my skills in digital administration and project management through a Virtual Assistant Program.
