Develop and maintain therapists' caseloads and schedules, optimizing their time and ensuring a balanced workload. Handle the initial client intake process, including gathering necessary information, assessing client needs, and coordinating with therapists for appropriate placement.

Greet customers and their pets with a smile and treats when they walk through the door. Perform essential duties to ensure proper store maintenance, ringing up sales, receiving deliveries, maintaining the back stockroom, and restocking merchandise items in the storefront as needed.

Provide quality care and attention to hospital patients. Assist doctors and technicians during examinations, vaccine and medicine administrations, x-ray and ultrasound exams, as well as other duties as needed.

Maintain the office reception area in accordance with office policies. Assist in data management of new and existing borrowers by entering their information in the client database for tracking of caseloads and statistical information.

Support front line operations by processing requests for work orders across all lines of business. Leverage both radio and email to direct requests to appropriate facilities and maintenance teams.

Capture magical and memorable moments for Guests and problem solve concerns they may experience beyond their control. Facilitate group update training to support operational changes and model new behaviors for the Cast through everyday interactions.
