I’m a results-driven Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist focused on generating qualified leads that move real estate deals forward. In my remote role at NOBU Holdings LLC, I conducted high-volume outbound calls, qualified motivated sellers, gathered property information, updated CRM records, handled objections, and collaborated with acquisitions teams. My employment ended following company restructuring, but my approach to outreach and follow-through remains consistent.

Before that, I built sales capability across regions as a Regional Sales Representative at Payday Lotteries, managing sales across Benue, Cross River, Delta, and Akwa Ibom states while expanding market reach and achieving sales objectives through strong customer relationships. I also bring a leadership mindset from serving as a Youth Pastor, mentoring youths and coordinating programs—experience that strengthens how I communicate, stay patient under pressure, and support teams remotely.
