I want a remote IT support job where I can apply troubleshooting and networking fundamentals, help users with practical tasks like email support and password resets, and grow through real-world support experience.

I’m an aspiring IT Support Specialist currently learning computer networking and troubleshooting, and I’m building practical competence through hands-on practice like virtual machine work and computer assembly. I’m hardworking, willing to learn, and motivated to deliver dependable support to end users.

I’ve practiced assisting with internet connection support, installing apps, and supporting common user needs like email support and password reset. With my Google IT Support Specialist Certificate (In Progress), I’m actively preparing for remote IT support roles where I can apply strong communication skills and grow quickly in real support workflows.
