I’m looking for a full-time remote customer support or customer success role where I can resolve client issues end-to-end, support high-volume bookings, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain fast, accurate service in a customer-focused environment.

I’m a Customer Support and Operations Specialist with hands-on experience managing high-volume booking systems. I resolve client issues quickly through strong customer communication, complaint handling, and escalation, while keeping booking processes accurate from confirmations to modifications and cancellations.

I coordinate with hotel partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain client relationships using CRM practices, and support day-to-day operations with disciplined multitasking and time management. I’m now seeking a remote customer support or customer success role where I can deliver consistently excellent experiences.
