At Copper Technologies, I manage ClearLoop and multi-custodial integration programmes across exchanges and custodians including Coinbase, Kraken, BitGo and Komainu. I also led the Sumsub rollout to transform client onboarding and Travel Rule processes, supporting US broker-dealer licensing efforts.
I deliver end-to-end programmes across technology, operations, compliance and external vendors, from scope, MVPs and sprint backlogs through deployment, training and post-delivery support. My work has automated most manual onboarding activity and reduced onboarding duration by more than 10%.
Previously, I delivered loan-system transformation work for Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and technology projects for ERGO UK Specialty at PwC, and managed enterprise-risk and SVN-to-GitHub migrations for Royal Bank of Canada.
