Provided senior PMO and programme resourcing coordination for Business Technology Services (BTS). Set up a new Shaping and Target Operating Model to transition offshore vendor management from India onshore to the UK.

Created and set up the Global PMO to facilitate worldwide rollout of the Elektron Edge product, embedding tools, processes, roles and responsibilities. Created the PMO Handbook, governance model and standard templates.

Provided delivery assurance insight across a £3.3bn transformation programme, recommending corrective actions and measurable improvements by project size, criticality and risk. Created templates and best practices for the newly established delivery assurance function.

Coordinated monthly project and Earned Value reporting for the T4 Steps 9 Baggage, T1 Prolongation and T2A SCADA projects. Liaised with Complex Build Integrators (CBIs) including Siemens and Mace.
