What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support or infrastructure role where I can troubleshoot end-user, hardware, software, and network issues, manage incidents, collaborate with teams and customers, and continue building practical technical skills.

I've tested and validated Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) at Tejas Networks Private Limited, diagnosing technical issues and ensuring assigned work met quality standards and timelines.

I coordinate with clients and internal teams to provide project updates, resolve queries, and maintain clear testing reports and documentation. I use spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and RF instruments to troubleshoot RF, antenna, and hardware-related issues.

I'm focused on end-user and infrastructure support, including incident management, Active Directory account maintenance, hardware diagnostics, and Windows and Linux/Unix troubleshooting. I bring a customer-focused approach to resolving software, network, and system issues.

I've also built security-focused projects, including LSB steganography for securely hiding data in digital images and an Arduino Uno digital door-lock system with password protection, timeout alerts, and smartcard access.
