I’m a Director of Compensation and strategic global compensation leader with 15+ years designing and executing compensation strategies that strengthen business performance. I lead global salary structures, STI/LTI incentive design, merit programs, and market adjustments—partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership to deliver programs that are both competitive and compliant.

I’m known for building and maintaining scalable job architecture and career frameworks, including executive compensation disclosures like proxy statements and CEO pay ratio calculations. I’ve driven major Workday Advanced Compensation and Workday HCM implementations for thousands of employees, led M&A compensation integration, and improved internal consistency through job title streamlining—grounded in compensation data analytics and actionable benchmarking.
