I’m looking for a role where I can lead global compensation and analytics while driving projects end-to-end—turning complex data into clear guidance, improving processes, and partnering across HR, finance, and business leaders to hit aggressive milestones.

I bring 18 years of professional experience using HR and technical skills to deliver timely, cost-efficient business solutions. I specialize in global compensation, economic analysis, and driving high-impact process execution across complex, global environments.

In my current Senior Compensation Analyst role, I support global compensation operations, client service, and reporting while improving data tracking and financial analysis. I lead the annual merit budget process for ~30,000 employees across 40+ countries, analyze inflation and survey results, and develop budget guidance tied to organizational and economic realities.

I also manage annual compensation survey participation for 40+ countries (~30,000 employees) with four major vendors, participate in 36+ salary budget and hyperinflation surveys, and conduct annual global range reviews and updates. I continuously optimize templates and HR articles for usability and continuity, manage external vendor relationships and SAP invoice workflows, and support a $3M+ US compensation cost center.

Previously, I delivered HR project and PMO outcomes, including Job Architecture design and implementation, with $6M annual project budgeting and independent ownership of a $3.5M contingent worker budget. I built budget forecast reporting templates with real-time actuals, managed document translations (100+ documents), and coordinated global efforts across time zones; earlier work included PMO support for government T&M contracts up to $4.7M and building reporting systems using Deltek, Costpoint, and Cognos.
