I'm looking to lead global compensation, job architecture, equity, and incentive strategy where I can partner with executives to build transparent, scalable rewards programs across complex organizations.

I've shaped global compensation strategy at Pearson, Nasdaq, Bloomberg, AIG, and Vesta Consulting, building pay frameworks, incentive programs, and equity structures for organizations operating across dozens of countries.

At Verisk, I designed a global Career Framework, salary ranges, target bonuses, and incentive structures for more than 20 countries, while launching Oracle HRIS compensation capabilities to automate review cycles. At V2X, I led post-merger job architecture work to unify pay philosophy, leveling, and salary structures across thousands of roles.

I'm drawn to the work where rigorous modeling meets clear rewards communication—whether advising Compensation Committees, forecasting equity usage, integrating acquired teams, or helping leaders make transparent pay decisions.
