At the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA), I advise management on labour and employee relations across a 4,000–4,500 employee unionized workforce. I manage grievances, discipline, workplace conduct matters, collective-agreement interpretation, and sensitive employee-relations cases.

I coordinate more than 30 disciplinary, tribunal, and arbitration proceedings annually and review over 80 grievances and workplace complaints each year. Through structured case tracking, stakeholder coordination, and evidence-based recommendations, I helped reduce case delays by 50%.

I prepare executive HR memoranda, briefing notes, case documentation, and recommendations that turn complex labour matters into clear management advice. I also support collective bargaining and labour-management consultations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and defensible HR decision-making.

Earlier in my WASA career, I coordinated recruitment for 150–200 employees annually, administered employee movements and compensation actions, and processed employee benefits and high-volume HR documentation with accuracy, confidentiality, and policy compliance.
