What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resource professional focused on employee and industrial relations operations, policy-aligned decision support, and accurate HR reporting. I represent employers in formal Industrial Court hearings, Ministry of Labour conciliation meetings, and related legal proceedings.
In my HR Coordinator role, I provide end-to-end administration for employee and IR matters—drafting disciplinary and grievance correspondence, maintaining IR registries, coordinating hearings, and supporting fact-finding exercises while safeguarding natural justice. I also monitor attendance, manage leave processes, and track key workforce lifecycle milestones.
I strengthen compliance and readiness through HRIS administration and reporting, maintaining confidential personnel records, and producing workforce statistics, compliance trackers, and analytical HR/IR reports for internal review and audit preparedness. I also support policy interpretation and periodic updates to HR forms, handbooks, and policy guidelines.
I bring training and employee development support through training needs assessments, vendor coordination, and ongoing evaluation recordkeeping, including administration of employee wellbeing initiatives like the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). I’m also continuing my MSc in Human Resource Management to deepen my expertise.
