I’m a Networking Engineer and customer support specialist who helps staff and clients with connectivity issues through hands-on diagnosis of hardware, software, network, and web-platform problems. I’m the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, de-escalation, and building a shared knowledge base that makes support faster and more consistent.

Previously, I worked as a Hardware Technician in customer-facing support, and as a Web Developer using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Across these roles, I focused on root-cause analysis, clear communication, and reliable resolution whether issues came in via phone, email, or chat.

I also bring teaching experience from a Digital Literacy & Game Design Instructor role, and I hold a B.Tech in Computer Networking & System Maintenance from the University of Bamenda. I’m available for remote customer support, technical support, or support specialist roles, using tools like TeamViewer/AnyDesk and ticketing/CRM systems to deliver dependable outcomes.
