I'm looking for an IT Specialist role where I can maintain reliable connectivity, support hardware and software users, manage network resources, and continue developing my networking skills in a mission-driven environment.

Computer Science and Network Engineering graduate with practical experience supporting FTTH services at CAMTEL, including network installation, troubleshooting, connectivity support, technical reporting, and customer-facing technical assistance. I also developed a Network Management System using MikroTik RouterOS as my final-year project. I am comfortable with Microsoft Office, internet research, data entry, computer troubleshooting, and learning new tools quickly. I am detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and interested in remote opportunities in virtual assistance, data entry, administrative support, IT support, and technical operations.
