What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role with an international team where I can apply my technical, problem-solving, communication, and support skills. I’m open to IT, technical and customer support, application support, operations, implementation, and software roles. I value teamwork, learning, and meaningful responsibilities.

I am an IT professional with a background in software engineering, technical support, and programming education. I have experience developing and maintaining applications, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, working with databases, and helping others understand and use technology effectively.

My technical background includes Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, PHP, React, web technologies, Git, and general IT troubleshooting. Through my software development experience, I have worked on business-oriented systems involving authentication, user management, data processing, dashboards, and administrative workflows.

I also have several years of IT support experience, which has strengthened my ability to diagnose problems, communicate with users, work under pressure, and find practical solutions. My teaching experience has further developed my communication, patience, documentation, and training skills.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities where I can combine technical knowledge with problem-solving and communication. I am open to roles in IT support, technical support, customer support, application support, operations, implementation, technical training, and software development. I enjoy learning new tools, adapting to different environments, collaborating with teams, and taking on challenges that allow me to grow while delivering practical results.
