What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support, network operations, systems administration, or cybersecurity role where I can troubleshoot infrastructure, support customers, learn new technologies, and contribute to reliable service delivery.

I've supported network operations at Soby Consulting and Engineering and SolarWinds, troubleshooting LAN connectivity, monitoring network performance, and helping restore services quickly. I use SolarWinds NPM to detect congestion, outages, and performance degradation, while documenting interventions and technical reports.

I'm trained in networks, security, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, virtualization, and cybersecurity. I bring bilingual French and English customer support, clear communication, and a service-oriented approach to technical troubleshooting.
