I provide computer software support to paying customers, installing and configuring software and troubleshooting common computer problems.
I’ve installed and reinstalled Windows to address system and software needs, and investigated software-related issues using the resources available.
I guide users through technical issues and explain practical solutions clearly. My troubleshooting work includes basic startup problems, malware troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
At École Normale Supérieure (ENS), Yaoundé, I’m currently studying Mathematics and Computer Science. I’m also practicing web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and building personal software projects to strengthen my programming and debugging skills.
