I am a Registered Nurse–Midwife with extensive experience supporting donor-funded global health and community programs, focused on HIV/TB, PMTCT, ASRH and DREAMS interventions. I combine clinical training with remote program coordination skills to improve client outcomes and retention.

I have implemented tele-counselling, appointment scheduling, client tracking, tracing and remote follow-up processes that strengthened retention and continuity of care. I coordinated closely with community health workers, partner organizations and clinical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

I am practiced in monitoring, reporting and preparing donor and quality assurance documentation, and I use digital tools such as Electronic Health Records, ODK and Zoho for data capture and client tracking. I also have hands-on experience managing patient administration, medical aid and insurance claim support.

I am well suited for non-clinical remote roles in telehealth coordination, program support, case management, community outreach and healthcare administration where I can apply my clinical background, digital skills and experience in partner collaboration.
