At CGI Federal, I lead end-to-end Cornerstone Learning implementations for state, local, and federal-contractor clients. I translate multi-department requirements into a shared platform and guide projects from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.
I delivered a state department of transportation’s Learning and Talent Marketplace implementation for approximately 38,000 employees, contractors, and external learners, including a CyberSource shopping cart integration and the migration of approximately 600,000 transcript records. I also delivered a citywide Learning implementation in eight weeks as the sole consultant, serving as both project manager and business consultant.
At Cornerstone OnDemand, I owned the customer community platform used for administrator training by more than 60,000 users, and led a redesign that created 19 custom pages. Earlier, at AgFirst FarmCredit Bank and SIL International, I owned and administered Cornerstone platforms and implemented talent processes.
I build the training materials, templates, and documentation that support adoption beyond launch. My Cornerstone certifications span Learning, Performance, Succession, Compensation, HR, and platform administration.
