What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, enablement, and LMS transformation work where I can build scalable readiness programs, partner with executives, and improve adoption, compliance, and time-to-productivity.

I'm currently optimizing enterprise enablement programs for 123,000 motion picture and television industry professionals at Contract Services Administration Trust Fund, maintaining near-100% compliance and improving testing pass rates to 100%.

Previously, I led 90+ LMS and HCM implementations at Bluewater Learning and 150+ at Cornerstone OnDemand, including cutting readiness ramp-up time from up to a year down to under six months. I've also delivered inside Agile teams directly, owning the Docebo side of a joint Docebo/Salesforce implementation run on two to three week sprints. I build scalable onboarding, curricula, reporting, and implementation methodologies across Docebo, Cornerstone, and Saba, and I'm comfortable stepping into program governance and escalation work at the senior consultant level when things get complicated.
