I’m looking to lead people strategy that aligns HR with business goals—scaling HR operations, improving performance and engagement, and implementing HR tech to build inclusive, high-performing teams.

I’m a Strategic HR and People Leader with 17+ years of progressive experience building people-first HR systems that drive organizational growth. I align people strategies with business goals, strengthen performance management, and create inclusive cultures through continuous feedback, goal alignment, and development.

In my current role as People Manager, I built and executed HR policies across the organization and co-designed a full HRIS solution covering payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management. I’ve led end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives—while coaching and mentoring engineers and team leads to scale leadership capabilities.
