What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can supervise teams, strengthen employee relations, ensure audit-ready compliance, and drive process improvements—especially through training, strong communication, and consistent policy-based resolution of cases.

I’m a Senior Human Resources professional with 13+ years across all HR disciplines, known for being “dynamic, detail-oriented and results driven.” I build mutually respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, solve problems quickly, and align HR work to business needs.

In my most recent leadership role as an Appeals Processing Supervisor, I supervise a unit handling grievances and appeals to ensure consistent resolutions with organizational policies. I oversee caseload assignments and daily operations, guide appeals staff, coordinate workflows, and support orientation and training for new employees.

I also created and scaled HR support at eviCore by launching the People Resources Center program—from concept to completion—for 4500+ employees. As a primary auditor for 300+ bi-weekly personnel change transactions in ADP with 100% accuracy, and as a project lead transferring 4500+ employee files from paper to digital within 6 months, I’m trusted to deliver high-quality, audit-ready HR operations while continuously improving processes and employee experience.
