What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT support or Microsoft 365 administration role where I can troubleshoot endpoints, support non-technical users, strengthen my networking and cybersecurity skills, and grow through hands-on mentorship and learning.

I'm building a career in IT support through hands-on Windows 11 deployments, hardware upgrades, endpoint troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 administration study.

In my self-directed technical home lab, I've deployed Windows using bootable media, configured BIOS/UEFI settings and drivers, migrated HDDs to SSDs, and resolved boot, peripheral, display, audio, printer, and connectivity issues. I've also used SSH for remote Linux administration and practiced authentication, permissions, file management, and network troubleshooting.

My work with Boka Restaurant Group and live productions has strengthened my ability to communicate calmly, document incidents accurately, enforce access policies, troubleshoot under pressure, and support non-technical people. I'm currently preparing for CompTIA A+ and beginning Computer & Networking Technology studies at Merced College.
