At Microsoft, I iused nvestigate complex security incidents using Microsoft Defender XDR, KQL, and threat intelligence to identify malicious activity and determine root cause.
I applied MITRE ATT&CK methodologies to analyze identity and cloud threats, then deliver customer-facing reports with actionable recommendations for incident response before I was impacted by the most recent round of layoffs.
Before moving into information security, I worked as an Azure Senior Network and Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, helping customers and partners resolve technical problems. At Concentrix, I troubleshot service provider networks for Juniper Networks, including routing protocols and Junos OS hardware issues.
My earlier support work included analyzing NetApp logs and support bundles to identify root causes and workarounds. I’m looking to build my knowledge in enterprise support and put it to use while helping others and contributing to a company’s growth.

As a Network Engineers for Microsoft, I serve as a frontline technical resource for customers and partners via phone, email, chat or web. We deliver unique value by collaboratively and reactively solving customer problems, providing proactive support advice, contributing to product quality, etc.

I work as Network Engineer for Juniper Networks as a contractor (Concentrix). My daily activities are troubleshooting service provider network protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, Multicast, L3 and L2 VPNs, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, VPLS, STP family of protocols, etc.
I also deal with hardware issues on the different platforms running the Junos OS and work L1 & L2 cases.

My role at this account is to help vendors with their unpaid invoices or with general questions about their accounts with P&G, I have a back office role here as well where I used to check invoices from different vendors through emails using Microsoft Office products. I was selected Top-performer twice, in July 2016 and August 2016.
