I’m an IT Support Specialist with 3 years of experience delivering hands-on and remote technical support in fast-paced corporate environments. I’m trusted as a key point of contact for escalated hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and I help keep remote/hybrid teams working smoothly through tools like Microsoft Teams and Any Desk.
In my current role, I administer user accounts, security groups, and access permissions in Active Directory, deploy new-hire equipment, and analyze recurring ticket trends to recommend fixes that reduce repeat incidents. I also maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records for laptops, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring onboarding and support are consistent and organized.
Earlier, I supported laptop and desktop imaging, network-related troubleshooting (including Wi-Fi and connectivity), and resolved 15–20 tickets weekly in an IT ticketing system.
