I’m a versatile, self-directed Remote IT Support Specialist with 3+ years of on-site and remote support experience, comfortable working across time zones with clear, asynchronous communication. I focus on reliable resolution for hardware, software, and network issues while keeping support documentation consistent and actionable.
At Grain Industries Limited, I delivered IT support for a manufacturing environment in Nairobi, handling incidents remotely and on-site. I administered Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive via Exchange Online), supported Microsoft Server 2019 and virtual machine environments for remote system access and uptime, and managed IT assets and vendor relationships for hardware procurement and servicing.
