I’m a dedicated Marketing graduate with a B.Com in Marketing and a strong foundation in administration and client relations. I bring a proactive, detail-driven approach to supporting students and corporate clients from start to finish.

In my current role as a Retention Administrator, I conduct targeted research and manage the drawing up of student and corporate invoices. I also act as the main contact throughout each client’s lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely support.

I monitor student onboarding and progression to help ensure successful course completion, collaborating with academic units to proactively resolve concerns. I’m focused on maintaining accuracy and improving retention outcomes through structured follow-through.

Previously, as an Administrator at White House Consulting, I designed high-quality company profiles, prepared quotations and invoices, and compiled comprehensive reports with technical documentation for tool calibration. I also organized complex travel itineraries and served as a liaison between the company and its clients—work that strengthened my adaptability and service mindset.
