At Equitas Health, I coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, from pre-employment requirements and documentation to orientation, system access, and first-day readiness. I administer UKG onboarding workflows and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
I support I-9 and E-Verify compliance by reviewing documentation, resolving discrepancies, and auditing employee records. I also work with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, Compliance, Credentialing, hiring managers, and HR leadership to coordinate employee lifecycle activities.
Previously, at KIPP Columbus, I coordinated recruiting and hiring operations and used SmartRecruiters to maintain candidate records and track hiring activity. I also developed onboarding resources and process documentation for new recruitment team members.
