I’m looking for a role where I can deliver career coaching and employment support at scale, partner with employers and stakeholders, and use data tracking to improve outcomes for individuals and workforce programs.

I’m a workforce development and career coaching professional with 5+ years of experience helping individuals identify career goals, overcome employment barriers, and secure meaningful career opportunities. I build individualized employment strategies using career assessments, candidate evaluation, and targeted interview preparation.

In my current role as a Senior Career Coach/Consultant, I manage a high-volume caseload and deliver virtual coaching for healthcare professionals pursuing career advancement. I deliver more than 60 coaching sessions monthly, guide resume development and job search strategy, and maintain detailed documentation with measurable participant outcomes. I also partner cross-functionally to improve learner engagement, career readiness resources, and employment success initiatives.

As a Founder, Lead Coach & Facilitator at Brighter Dream Coaching, I support professionals through transitions, promotions, and leadership development using strengths-based, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming coaching practices.
