I seek a mission-driven organization where I can apply client-centered case management and coaching skills, create measurable impact, collaborate with a caring team, and grow professionally in service coordination and community support roles.

I am a dedicated and compassionate human services professional with over 15 years supporting individuals and families through case management, service coordination, career development, and life coaching. I balance administrative precision with empathetic client engagement.

Since 2019 I have run a remote coaching business, developing customized coaching plans, creating digital resources, and managing scheduling, invoicing, marketing, and client follow-up. I leverage tools like Canva and Google Workspace to engage clients and promote services.

In prior roles as a service coordinator I conducted needs assessments, developed individualized service plans, maintained accurate electronic case files, and collaborated with care providers and stakeholders to support client goals. I have experience tracking client outcomes, preparing reports, and facilitating workshops and meetings.

I am seeking to re-enter the workforce in a mission-driven organization that values impact, care, and growth, where I can apply my case management, coaching, and administrative skills to support measurable client progress and community outcomes.
