What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and customer-focused problem solving to resolve complex operational issues and improve outcomes.

I've supported talent acquisition at CoreCivic, managing candidate pipelines, interview processes, hiring-manager intake meetings, and candidate experience for executive through administrative roles. Previously at UBS, I investigated payment inquiries, monitored global cash movements, reconciled loan transactions, and reported on risk and performance metrics.

At Cognosante and TEAMHealth, I reconciled healthcare data, resolved enrollment and claims issues, coached teams, managed escalations, and improved casework processes. I bring more than 10 years of customer service, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
