At Gateway.FM, I work with founders and business leaders on people practices for distributed teams. I accelerated the Greenhouse ATS implementation, launching it in 10 days instead of the standard 30, and built five core HR process SOPs.
I established the company’s Early Talent and Internship Program and designed a performance management system covering goal-setting, probation reviews, check-ins, and annual appraisals. I also administer Deel for employee and contractor records, agreements, leave, and payroll coordination.
At August Assortments Pvt Ltd (Loyka), I built HR operations processes and deployed an HRMS portal that reduced manual processing time by approximately 40–50%. I also closed 70 roles within two months during a high-growth phase and helped establish PF and ESIC registrations.
