What I'm looking for

I’m open to Senior Manager HR, HRBP, TA, and Employee Relations roles across industries.

At Bajaj Finserv, I partnered with four business units and delivered HRBP support for a 10,000+ PSF/FTC workforce. I spearheaded the inaugural PMS cycle covering 32,000+ PSFs in FY 23–24, and later 10,000+ PSFs in FY 24–25.

At TeamPumpkin, I was the sole HR lead and drove the end-to-end PMS cycle on KEKA, from platform configuration and KRA design to training and appraisal rollout. Across my roles, I’ve worked on talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and HR technology; I’m currently pursuing XLRI’s EDP in Advanced Strategic HR & Analytics.
