I’m a dedicated travel professional with 15+ years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel, OTA support, airline reservations, ticketing, refunds, reissues, concierge services, and remote customer support. I support customers worldwide with flight and hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel disruptions—while staying focused on maintaining high CSAT.

I’ve worked across leading GDS platforms including Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and Worldspan, and I’ve resolved complex booking issues with suppliers, airlines, Duffel, and PKFARE.
