I’m a Product Manager at Sprouts.ai, where I own end-to-end feature delivery for the Discover page—our core prospect intelligence surface for targeting, segmentation, and campaign building. I partner closely with engineering and data, and my Computer Science background helps me translate product outcomes into buildable execution.

On my team (10–12 across functions), I led full lifecycle delivery from R&D and PRD writing through design, engineering, QA, and release notes. I reduced the open bug backlog by ~55% (110 → low 30s) by triaging daily inflow, prioritizing by customer impact, and coordinating resolution to prevent backlog regrowth. I also managed data quality end-to-end—diagnosing dirty data issues (junk job titles, malformed LinkedIn extractions, partner data delays) and aligning internal stakeholders and customers through monthly refresh cycles and fixes.

I serve as a cross-functional point of contact for production data issues, represent product in client calls and CS catchups, and write acceptance criteria as a single source of truth. I’m energized by structured problem-solving—like investigating UX bugs, diagnosing upstream data degradation, and designing practical, phased solutions that ship.
