At Mable, I led 0→1 discovery and delivery of an agency management system, replacing a broken workaround with native multi-user access, cross-client switching, and merchant-level permissions. I partnered cross-functionally to take the work from ideation to PRD and active development, leading a team of 3 engineers and 1 designer.

I owned end-to-end feature delivery by writing acceptance criteria, aligning with design, running feasibility checks with engineering, and coordinating release scheduling, UAT testing, and production deployment. I also prioritized and sequenced initiatives each cycle using business impact and engineering capacity tradeoffs, while incorporating market and customer input through weekly GTM syncs.

Previously at NielsenIQ, I managed backlog prioritization and release scheduling for the Facts product—delivering 150,000+ retail and manufacturer facts daily to thousands of clients. I restructured the release process into a monthly cadence to resolve recurring release failures, continuously audited for duplicate facts to maintain catalog integrity, and partnered with the AI team to implement 30+ attribution and translation mappings that eliminated manual rework.
