Led B2B pipeline across CZ and SK and owned commercial plus B2B product development across Terapio (CZ) and ksebe (SK). Revamped go-to-market and product strategy, increasing net revenue margin to 52% while driving quarterly growth in net recurring revenue and automating outreach, proposals, and CRM workflows using AI tools.

Set up and led the finance department for a Czech healthtech startup, creating controlling, reporting infrastructure, forecasting, and a business plan from scratch. Provided strategic advisory to management and supervised COO reporting and planning used for both internal decisions and investor communications.

Co-founded and led Terapio from idea phase through MVP and PMF, delivering 100,000 therapy sessions for 19,000 people. Closed 60 enterprise B2B contracts and scaled operations with a team of 10, including pre-seed fundraising and navigating the company acquisition by Miton.

Managed €4B of institutional assets across equities, bonds, and money markets and served on investment committees. Conducted investment analyses, revised pension fund and life insurance risk management strategies, and presented proposals while coordinating with buy-side analytics, risk, and compliance teams.

Restructured the finance department during stagnation by introducing new reporting and overseeing ERP changes, budgeting, and external audit processes. Delivered cost-saving initiatives resulting in savings of hundreds of thousands CZK and tens of thousands EUR.

Earned a Master's Degree in Banking and Insurance at the University of Economics and Business in Prague.
