What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, growth-oriented product role where I can lead cross-functional teams, drive data-informed decisions, and deliver measurable business impact.

Product Manager with 5 years shipping digital products across Europe and Asia, built on a prior 7 years in international banking in Hong Kong and Paris. I work at the intersection of analytical rigour and behavioural insight, and I own products end to end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, always tying features to business KPIs and instrumenting them to measure real impact.

I ship results. As Head of Product at a crowdfunding platform, I rebuilt the product team and lifted a key conversion funnel from 38% to 72%. On a high-traffic consumer app, I led a 13-engineer squad through a two-year platform rebuild serving 4.9M users, improving delivery velocity by 33%. More recently I have worked hands-on with AI: prototyping, fixing bugs and shipping PRs myself with Cursor and Claude, rebuilding onboarding funnels to cut early churn, and helping ship MCP integrations that connect products to AI assistants.

I am AI-native, remote-fluent and adaptable, comfortable working async across time zones with distributed teams. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to keep delivery continuous, and I build the internal tools that make operations more efficient. I bring a builder's bias to ship and measure, a finance background that helps me navigate compliance and complex domains, and behavioural insight from a BSc in Psychology I am pursuing alongside work, which I apply through Product Psychology to build products people genuinely enjoy using.
