At Nuva ia, I developed and operate a WhatsApp assistant in production using the official Meta API, Claude, Redis, and Whisper to respond to advertising leads in real time. I also built an n8n multichannel CRM that qualifies leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and the web with AI, then records them in Google Sheets.

I launched nuvaia.com with pricing for Costa Rica and Colombia, and automated social video production and publishing. Before Nuva ia, I managed daily operations and a team at OZ Poolside Bar, and coordinated vacation properties and music events at Jacó VIP.
