What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-first role blending HR/talent acquisition with relationship and revenue support—where I can own end-to-end hiring, improve HR administration, and help clients and candidates succeed in a collaborative culture.

I’m a people and business professional with experience spanning People & Culture, talent acquisition, and end-to-end HR administration, along with customer- and partner-facing roles. I bring a psychology background and a practical, service-minded approach to making hiring and onboarding feel seamless for both candidates and teams. I’ve supported multiple business functions, from Finance and Sales & Marketing to Culinary and Front Office.

In HR and recruitment, I’ve handled screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and employment reference checks, then facilitated onboarding by preparing employee records and documentation. At Hope (Generation Hope, Inc.), I recruited 5 full-time employees and 16 interns in 3 months while achieving Php 0 Cost to Hire, and I supported benefits administration with 90% completion for new and regularized employees.

Beyond HR, I’ve built pipeline and managed accounts through Sales & Business Development roles—hitting Php 4.4 Million in gross sales from major accounts in Q4 2024 and reaching 100% individual and team sales target (Php 9 Million team revenue) in January 2025. Most recently, I’ve combined relationship-building and execution in real estate business development, providing detailed client information and coordinating site visits and meetings.
