What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use my computer knowledge, customer service, organization, and time-management skills to support a team, learn new skills, and help achieve company goals.

I assist University of Hartford students with technology issues and help maintain reliable computer function in the Tech Room.

I'm comfortable multitasking, improving processes, and contributing to team collaboration and knowledge sharing. My Illustration studies have also strengthened my creativity and openness to learning new techniques.

At Dunkin Donuts and Subway, I delivered customer service, maintained organized workstations, and supported efficient operations during busy periods.

I'm a self-motivated, fast learner with strong scheduling, time-management, computer fluency, and customer engagement skills.
