I’m a motivated, detail-oriented IT Technician with a proven record of enhancing network efficiency through expert troubleshooting and optimization. I bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving to both technical and customer-facing situations.

In retail environments, I installed, repaired, and optimized network systems—including cabling, wiring, and devices. I’ve worked on network efficiency improvements through configuration optimization and timely updates, and I’ve resolved hardware and software issues to improve user experience.

I collaborate with remote support engineers to diagnose and resolve IT networking and hardware problems at retail stores. I’m also experienced in server rack and hardware installations, Ethernet RJ45 terminations, jack installations, and low-voltage wiring.

Currently studying Quality Assurance Automation, I’m ready to apply myself, learn new skills, and grow my career while providing quality service and professionalism to the company I work for and represent.
